Life In A "High" School
After my 7 days' stay in a "High" School, this is what I can say about it..
First of all, it is BIG.. It's a good workout for your feet to go from one place to another..
Some people tend to think "High"-ly of themselves.. Note the word SOME, I'm not making any generalisation, just stating out a few others.. I can't say that they haven't the reason to think so, but then, come on dudes and dudettes, the reason why the school is so 'famous' is because of the achievements of the few.. Just because you're studying in that school doesn't make you as good as those creams.. = =
The teachers here also think quite highly of their school.. Can't blame them, maybe I can't blame the students there too.. xD I think they have adequate knowledge, but their abilities I have yet to see.. I didn't get much of the "fun" teachers, but I guess you can't have everything in life.. :)
Enough of the gossip, now for the bright side~
I have made real nice friends during my stay, and they're mostly from "outside" as we were kindly referred to..
We get along real great despite our different backgrounds.. Sad to say though that some of them might be leaving us soon.. All the best though, we all have our own paths..
My new bunch of dudes and dudettes, talk about a company.. There's more to them than meets the eye, WAY more.. and I mean that in a good way.. To put it shortly, we all came from different backgrounds, some of us came from a distance, some of us are waiting, while some of us are battling.. But there is one thing in common, and that's why we chose this path - 'cause way deep down inside, we have a dream~
So, the school's huge, the environment new, the rules are uncomfortably strict and numerous, but then, why worry? I have a dream, I'm going to pursue it, and I have a bunch of friends doing just the same~ (When I say this, I mean you guys too, you know who you are X3)
"Old" friends, we may be separated by a few meagre miles, but our bond, our connection together, will stand just as strong, even when a tsunami does hit our beloved state.. xD For those "old" people doing their "service", looking forward, REALLY looking forward to seeing you guys BALD~ >w<
